Whispering Woods grounds offer a children play area and horseshoes as well as a large metal fire pit perfect for marshmallow roasts and family get togethers. We welcome your family reunion, fishing group, wedding party, or simply escape for a romantic weekend getaway with our gourmet restaurant right on site.

About Each Cabin

We have 11 cabins at Whispering Woods. All cabins are non-smoking. If you book for a full week we offer your seventh/7th night free! Enjoy!

2 Bedroom Cabins:

CABIN 5 - CAPTAINS QUARTERS 
$155 per day Low Season / $175 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 6. Minimum 2 nights stay on Weekends in High Season only.
Captain’s Quarters is our largest cabin and was just remodeled April 2018.  It has 2 bedrooms one with a queen and one with two twin beds. There is a queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. This cabin will sleep 6 people and has a full kitchen and a roomy living area. The bathroom is bigger than the other cabins and there is a ramp entry to the cabin making it handicapped accessible. The back door leads to a lovely deck with a partial lake view and a picnic table and grill area - the perfect place to share your stories of the day’s fun events with friends or family.

CABIN 6 - FIN AND FEATHER 

$145 per day Low Season / $165 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 4. Minimum 2 nights stay on Weekends in High Season only.

Fin and Feather is a 2 bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. There is a couch in the living room area. Full kitchen and a living/dining area. In the back of the cabin you will find a nice area with picnic table and a grill for cooking up some wonderful food with friends. Deck with seating for 4 and a lovely lake view.        

CABIN 3 - POP’S CABIN 
$135 per day Low Season / $155 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 4. Minimum 2 nights stay on Weekends in High Season only.
Pop's Cabin is a 2 bedroom with 1 queen in one room and 2 twins in the other. The picnic table and grill are located out front just off the new deck and are just across from the group campfire area, horseshoe pit, and kids play area.  Cabin remodel just completed!

CABIN 11 - RUSTIC RETREAT 

$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 2.
Rustic Retreat is on top of the hill with an amazing view of Lake Norfork from the deck just out back. It is a studio lake view cabin with 1 queen bed and a full kitchen. The grill and picnic table are lake view too!

CABIN 9 - LAKEVIEW
$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 2.
Just completed remodel March 2015. Lakeview is a cute studio cabin with an amazing view of Lake Norfork. It has a queen size bed, full shower and wide 36 inch doorways. Lakeview is handicap accessible. Full kitchen and wood deck overlook the picnic table and grill area which are of course lake view too.

CABIN 8 - COUPLE’S COVE
$95 per day Low Season / $105 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 2.
Couple’s Cove is a studio lake view cabin with 1 queen bed as well a full kitchen. Although is name states "Couple's Cove" this is not just for couples. It has a beautiful lake view from the deck out back and a nice swing to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and the view. Everyone will enjoy this special cabin. Picnic table and grill are lake view too.

CABIN 4 - OLD GLORY
$95 per day Low Season / $105 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 2.
Old Glory is a studio with 1 queen bed and a full kitchen. Back door leads to a peaceful sitting area with picnic table and grill. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable!

Studio Cabins: with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed- Sleeps 3

CABIN 10 - SUMMER BREEZE
$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 3.
Just remodeled July 2014! Summer Breeze is a studio lake view cabin with a wood deck out back and beautiful view of Lake Norfork. There is 1 queen bed and a twin bed in this cabin. Full kitchen and the grill and picnic table overlook the lake too.

CABIN 7 - CHASING RAINBOWS - Newly Remodeled 2017
$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 3.
Chasing Rainbows is a studio cabin with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The back door leads to a nice picnic table and grill area for your cook out. We couldn't resist naming this cabin after the great rainbow trout fishing less than a mile away on the Norfork River just below the dam. It has a rear lake view.

CABIN 1 - FISH TALES
$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 4.
Fish Tales is a studio cabin and its remodeling was completed January 2014! Fish Tales has 1 queen bed and a set of bunk beds so it can sleep up to four people. It has a beautiful tiled shower. This cabin also has a partial lake view. Great area out the back door with picnic table and a grill.

CABIN 2 - GONE FISHIN' 

$105 per day Low Season / $115 per day High Season, maximum occupancy 4

Gone Fishin' is a studio cabin with 1 queen bed and a set of bunk beds so it can sleep up to four people. This cabin also has a partial lake view. Great area out front with picnic table and a grill.
